Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due upon completion of the photography session or as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

You receive personal usage rights to your images. Perfect Perspective Photos retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Timeline

Edited images are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks of your session. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
